Database - An initial search for suitable candidates will be conducted from our database of over 10,500 candidates, 2,500 of which are currently actively looking for new work opportunities.
Referrals - More than 20% of the candidates we interview are recommendations by clients and candidates who have been impressed with the quality of our service. Word of mouth advertising is very important to us. Advertising – If the post requires us to advertise, we will place a confidential advert (with your permission) on our website. This can be supported by a complimentary advert on a number of the leading job boards, as well as in the leading payroll journals e.g. Pay Magazine & PMR. Should you require greater coverage and more visibility, we would advise that we run an advert with your company logo. Due to the amount of advertising that we do, we can offer substantial discounts off the standard advertising rates, and will fully manage the response for you.

Search - Many of the best candidates are already employed, serving in and excelling at exactly the capacity of the role you need to fill, and therefore a more targeted approach via headhunting may be required in order to access the very best talent available. Due to our extensive and impressive links with the payroll market, we would normally run a contingency and search shortlist in parallel, thus keeping the costs and timescales for your recruitment to a minimum.
